The cover story from the February edition of Faith magazine features three emergency responders from the Diocese of Erie. These responders work in every weather condition, see tragedy and experience stressful situations on the job every day, but their Catholic faith helps to keep them grounded.

Marielle Lafaro works as a first responder in the Diocese of Erie. She says, “For me, becoming an advanced emergency medical technician was a direct mission from God.”
