Natural Family Planning event in St. Marys, PA

Where: Sacred Heart Parish Center in St. Marys
Behold! is a short course in body literacy and cycle tracking, tailored for high school girls and their moms/female guardians. The event will take place Sunday, Feb. 6 from 6 – 8 pm in Conference Room 2, Sacred Heart Parish Center in St. Marys. She will learn the basics of her fertility cycle, a brief overview of how to track it (including brief discussion of the apps), why tracking her cycle is a great tool for her own health, tips for keeping her cycle ‘normal’, and what to do when it isn’t.
