10-week retreat on consolation begins

St. Francis Xavier Parish in McKean is hosting a 10-week, small-group retreat that delves into the simplicity and grandeur of a consoling spirituality. The retreat is based on the popular book by Father Michael Gaitley, MIC, Consoling the Heart of Jesus. Meetings begin on Sept. 14 at 10 a.m. An evening or weekend session is also under consideration.
