School Accessibility - Summer 2020
Our schools are closed to all non-essential staff, students and community organizations from June 10 - July 5. Essential staff members are working on site from June 8 - August 31 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 6:00am and 4:00pm. We are here to answer questions, address concerns and assist our families.
We are optimistic that beginning July 6, 2020 students and staff may return to our schools for planned summer activities, band and athletics. We will provide further guidance in late June.
Summer Physicals
All athletes will need new physicals for the 20-21 school year. We will schedule student physicals at each high school in July and/or August..
2020-2021 School Year
On June 10th we will ramp-up our planning efforts for the upcoming school year. We are gathering groups of individuals physically and virtually to discuss concerns and share thoughts regarding the ever-changing CDC, Federal and State guidelines for opening and operating schools during a pandemic. We are working on a multilayered plan that includes continuity of distance learning; meeting social, emotional and health needs; and ensuring safety measures are efficient and effective. We will share information as the summer progresses.
