Catholic actress Roma Downey portrayed an angel on Earth for nine years on the show, “Touched by an Angel.” Her work on the show, and the encouragement and friendship of her co-star, the late Della Reese, inspired her to write a new book of weekly devotionals titled, Be an Angel. The book is meant to combat the world’s unkindness and suggests how we can “be an angel” in each other’s lives.
